Course Overview

Explore the foundational pillars of lifestyle medicine in this dynamic continuing medical education course designed for healthcare professionals. Grounded in the latest scientific evidence, this program emphasizes the role of nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, social connection, and risk avoidance in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. 

Participants will engage in interactive workshops, case-based learning, and practical applications designed to enhance clinical practice. Topics include culinary medicine, physical activity counseling, sleep health, and behavioral interventions for stress and social connectedness. 

By the end of this course, clinicians will be equipped with the tools to incorporate evidence-based lifestyle interventions into patient care, promoting long-term health outcomes.

Format: Hybrid (asynchronous prep, live sessions, and applied assignments) 

Who Should Enroll: Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dietitians, and other health professionals interested in preventive and lifestyle-based care.
