The Culinary Medicine Club, in collaboration with VP&S Food for Thought Club, whipped up delicious, nutritious, and budget-friendly meals while delving into the world of culinary medicine, health, and nutrition. A massive shoutout to Dr. Ileana Vargas and Kyle Murray, RDN, for their invaluable guidance in leading this workshop and educating IHN students on culinary medicine.
