Human Nutrition Students Celebrate Fall Fest
On October 16, 2024, students in Columbia’s MS in Human Nutrition program came together for the Institute of Human Nutrition’s annual Fall Fest, a community-building event designed to celebrate the season and strengthen connections across the student cohort.
The event gave MS students an opportunity to take a break from their rigorous graduate coursework and enjoy an evening of fall-themed activities, food, games, and an interactive trivia competition. Events like Fall Fest are an important part of the IHN student experience, helping students build relationships with classmates, faculty, and staff while becoming part of the broader CUIMC community.
For students completing an intensive one-year graduate program, moments of connection outside the classroom can play an important role in creating a supportive academic environment. Fall Fest reflects IHN’s commitment to fostering both academic excellence and a strong sense of community among future leaders in nutrition, healthcare, research, and public health.
Prospective students interested in the Columbia IHN experience can learn more about the MS in Human Nutrition program, upcoming events, and student resources through the Institute of Human Nutrition website.
