
Cooking & Nutrition Event with Chef Rocco DiSpirito

On August 6, the Institute of Human Nutrition partnered with the CUIMC Department of Surgery, CU HERE, and celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito to host a cooking and nutrition event for nearly a dozen New York City high school students. The program was designed to spark student interest in health care careers while highlighting the connection between food, health, and nutrition.
